Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Estimating Specialist to join our team in delivering high-end residential construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on luxury homes and possess strong knowledge of construction contracts and estimating processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate BOQs, take-offs and trade package comparisons
  • Manage and coordinate sub-contractor quotes and procurement
  • Draft and manage contracts and variations
  • Budget tracking and project cost reporting
  • Work closely with the director and site teams to deliver standout projects

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working on luxury homes
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts and estimating processes
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, organized mindset
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work in a close-knit team
  • Ideal experience using estimating software
