As a passionate and driven individual, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve our objectives within the education sector. You'll foster strong relationships with customers, driving growth of our solution while acting as a customer champion and trusted advisor.
- Engage with customers through proactive outreach and account management.
- Drive business growth through retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build credibility and trust with key customer stakeholders.
- Manage sales opportunities in Salesforce, including forecasting and pipeline growth.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay market-aware and informed about competitor products and services.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven sales experience and track record of success.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and ability to manage pipeline and forecasts.
- Experience in application software and services sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
