Strategic Growth Expert
We are seeking a Strategic Growth Expert to join our team on a fixed term contract until June 30, 2026.
This role is responsible for refining pricing structures for training offers, supporting design and trial of scalable licensing models, tracking revenue generation and cost recovery performance, and building and nurturing partnerships across health, government, and community sectors.
The successful candidate will have strong strategic thinking, systems planning, or business development skills, experience in program growth, licensing, or revenue diversification in a values-based setting, and the ability to build and manage diverse partnerships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Refine pricing structures for training offers
- Support design and trial of scalable licensing models
- Track revenue generation and cost recovery performance
- Build and nurture partnerships across health, government, and community sectors
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual who is able to work independently, as well as part of a team.

Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Certifications: Certified Marketing Professional (CMP) or similar certification preferred.
