We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our change management efforts. As a Strategic Change Leader, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive change strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and executing change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Facilitating stakeholder engagement and communication to build support for change initiatives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address barriers to change.
  • Designing and delivering training programs to equip stakeholders with the skills and knowledge needed to navigate change.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in change management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading successful change initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
