Key People Initiatives Leader

A seasoned organisational change leader is sought to drive key people initiatives and shape a high-performing workforce. As principal adviser to the CEO and Executive Team, you will develop the organisation's people strategy to drive business transformation and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing end-to-end payroll functions within a complex environment, with strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practice and WHS frameworks.

  • Principal adviser to the CEO and Executive Team on all workforce-related matters.
  • Lead strategic initiatives including employee engagement, culture development and organisational design.
  • Oversee core HR operations including recruitment, performance management, learning & development, and remuneration.
  • Manage enterprise bargaining and complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and awards.
  • Lead and implement change management programmes to support transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant payroll delivery in collaboration with the finance team.
Essential Requirements
  • Proven track record of leading organisational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience in project leadership and stakeholder management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Law, Psychology or a related field.
  • Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident and willing to undertake a criminal history check.
