Job Title:

An exceptional Strategic Change Management Leader is required to support the implementation of a bank's change management and transformation strategy across Oceania. This involves stakeholder engagement, bank-wide change initiatives, and working as part of a cross-functional team to implement new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Change & Transformation Project Initiatives: Support the development of a change management strategy and new ways of working, assist in delivery of bank-wide transformation projects and initiatives, leverage data analytics to gather scope, assess performance, measure impact of change initiatives, and provide insights for continuous improvement and enhancement.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop mechanisms for employee feedback, recognition, and involvement, lead end-to-end coordination of employee engagement programs, and monitor culture and employee engagement trends using survey data, pulse feedback, and other metrics.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on change strategy outcomes, produce comprehensive quarterly and annual reports on change management initiatives, engagement, and culture within the bank, and assist in the coordination of any audits and regulatory examinations related to change management initiatives/projects.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience in a similar or related role, preferably supporting or leading a change management workstream.
  • Project and change management experience, ability to analyze data to measure progress and impact, and understanding of HR processes and systems.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, together with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • College diploma/tertiary qualifications in a related discipline.
