Change Initiatives Leader

This is a key leadership role within our organisation, responsible for driving and overseeing organisational change initiatives that span people, process, culture, operating model and technology.

As a Change Initiatives Leader, you will design and deliver robust change management frameworks and strategies that ensure transitions are smooth, sustainable and embraced at every level of the business.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies that align with the company's strategic direction.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and project teams to shape, implement and embed change initiatives.
  • Foster strong communication and shared ownership among stakeholders at all levels, ensuring commitment to change.

The Role

This position will be at the forefront of driving and overseeing organisational change initiatives. You will work closely with executives, senior leaders and project teams to design and deliver change management strategies.
