Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales/Business Development professional to join our Commercial Sales team. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in technical product sales and experience in driving sales growth in the Commercial market.

  • Increase sales and market share of the Commercial business through operationalising business development initiatives.
  • Assist in the implementation of sales strategy for highly technical products.
  • Build and maintain strong customer-focused relationships within the industry.
  • Develop and maintain the sales of Commercial Hot Water systems by managing existing trade accounts and building new account opportunities through plumbers, builders, developers and hydraulic designers.
  • Provide technical support to external trade customers and internal account managers.
  • Play a key role in increasing awareness of the Rinnai Commercial brand within the market.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent negotiation skills, be able to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer care, and have technical knowledge with strong analytical capability.
