As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst at MYOB, you will be part of a high-performing commercial operations team that drives business performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and design of territories and quota allocation
- Develop and enhance reporting to provide insights into business performance
- Present analysis and recommendations to sales leaders and senior leadership teams
- Own and drive the forecast cadence and operating rhythm with sellers and sales leaders
- Continuously improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the forecast cadence
- Ensure sales teams are well-positioned to execute quarterly and campaign initiatives

Requirements
- Understanding of SaaS and platform businesses and end-to-end processes
- Ability to develop channel plans and forecast of 90-day activity
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer and/or sales data
- Highly honed analytical problem-solving skills with strong commercial acumen
- Demonstrable experience using Business Intelligence and reporting tools
