Job Overview

The Apex Group is a global business servicing clients across 112 offices with approximately 13,000 employees. This role focuses on developing client relationships as a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client queries and coordinate internal stakeholders to resolve issues with high client satisfaction.
  • Participate in incident, problem, and change request fulfillment; advocate for the client in resolutions.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor key account service level agreements (SLAs) for assigned clients.
  • Action requests from clients and coordinate internal stakeholders to resolve queries.
  • Prepare regular reporting for clients as required.
  • Assist with coordinating new product onboarding for existing and new clients.
  • Regularly contact clients to identify needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Lead face-to-face meetings with assigned clients and champion service offerings and capability among existing clients.
  • Mentor junior staff within the CRM team and maintain CRM systems to enable efficient communication with clients.
  • Pursue revenue growth opportunities through cross-selling/up-selling and contract reviews.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance-related discipline.
  • 4+ years in a client relationship management role.
  • 5+ years' experience in funds administration, funds management, or custodianship.
  • At least 8+ years' experience in a corporate environment.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
