Administrative Support Specialist

We are currently seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Perth. This is a diverse role that requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner, assisting the team with daily tasks, supporting training and development programs, and providing high-quality support to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
- Providing administrative support to the team, including diary management, document formatting, and data entry
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Supporting training and development programs to enhance team knowledge and skills
- Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results
In return, we offer a competitive salary of around $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
