Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple large projects from initial tender stage to final supply
- Keep customers updated with the progress of their project, including advising lead times and potential issues
- Schedule and coordinate delivery of orders, ensuring packaging meets customer specifications
- Prepare quote estimates from floor plans and architectural drawings
- Maintain and update the client database
- Prepare contracts, sales reports, and calendar bookings for the Account Management Team
- First point of contact and respond to all enquiries from Interior Designers, Architects, and Wholesalers
- General project administration duties
Requirements:
- Proven track record of Internal Sales or Project Coordination/Management
- Strong understanding of Lighting is required for this role
- Able to work engage key stakeholders and clients in a professional manner
- High presentation, attention to detail, well-spoken, and team player mentality
