About the Role

Main tasks: This is an opportunity to step into a pivotal position where you'll be involved in architectural lighting projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth coordination across all stages-from design to delivery.

Other tasks:

  • Interpret plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Oversee project administration, including checking lead times, processing orders, and invoicing.
  • Manage custom project components such as colour finishes.
  • Update delivery details and maintain communication with the warehouse team.
  • Collaborate with lighting designers, electricians, fabricators, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with warehouse and installation teams.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and relay information back to the design team.
