Job Title: Internal Sales Project Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Project Coordinator to join our team at ROC Consulting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing multiple large projects from initial tender stage to final supply, ensuring seamless customer experience and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple large projects from initial tender stage to final supply
  • Keep customers updated with the progress of their project, including advising lead times and potential issues
  • Schedule and coordinate delivery of orders, ensuring packaging meets customer specifications
  • Prepare quote estimates from floor plans and architectural drawings
  • Maintain and update the client database
  • Prepare contracts, sales reports, and calendar bookings for the Account Management Team
  • First point of contact and respond to all enquiries from Interior Designers, Architects, and Wholesalers
  • General project administration duties

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of Internal Sales or Project Coordination/Management
  • Strong understanding of Lighting is required for this role
  • Able to get to the Richmond Showroom Monday - Friday
  • Ability to work with key stakeholders and clients in a professional manner
  • High presentation, attention to detail, well-spoken, and team player mentality
