Job Overview

As a key member of the NSW Project Management Office, the Project Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the planning and installation of TOMRA's small format Reverse Vending Machines throughout NSW. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including site reports, budget forecasts, and stakeholder communications.
  • Assess proposed sites for safety, functionality, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, local councils, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Collaborate with the project team to resolve technical and non-technical issues.
  • Provide effective site documentation handover to the business upon project completion.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or similar discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within the construction or property development industries.
  • A valid Australian driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members.
  • Ability to make sound decisions.
