Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst to join our team at BCS Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering comprehensive requirements, creating detailed documentation, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the accurate implementation of business solutions in the Airline or Travel Industry.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering:

  • Develop comprehensive requirement specifications, including functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Create use cases, process flow diagrams, and user stories to depict business processes and user interactions.
  • Maintain and update documentation throughout the project lifecycle to reflect changes and new requirements.
  • Coordinate with other BAs to perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current capabilities and new business requirements.
  • Work closely with developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
  • Assist in the prioritization of requirements based on business needs and resource constraints.
  • Support the testing team by reviewing test cases and ensuring they align with documented requirements.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business needs.
  • Proven ability to document and solve problems and issues effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex business requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Prior experience in working with Airline or Travel Industry products.
  • Ability to assist with project planning and coordination.
