We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team at St Vincent's Health Australia. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our ADS Contact Centre.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the contact centre. This includes answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
