Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Client Service Liaison/Administrator to work in our Health Assessment Centre located in Darlinghurst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring seamless communication with clients and healthcare professionals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and book appointments for corporate and private clients, adhering to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Deliver a welcoming and supportive experience for clients during their clinic visits.
  • Welcome clients with a light breakfast before their assessments, creating a positive atmosphere and ensuring the space remains tidy.
  • Perform general office administration tasks, including invoicing and record-keeping.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, doctors, and other healthcare professionals, facilitating effective communication.
  • Organize and manage the filing and screening of medical records, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Monitor and facilitate the timely completion of client medical reports.
  • Support the Manager with various tasks as needed, contributing to the success of the team.
What We Offer

In exchange for your skills and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of AUD $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
