Salary
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced administrator to work across our childcare centres in the Wagga Wagga area. The successful candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, a passion for streamlining operations, and the ability to operate autonomously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Area Manager on daily centre practices
- Support Centre Managers across our 4-5 centres
- Implement an effective documentation collation system for regulatory departments
- Provide support for account management activities
- Handle phone inquiries and similar administrative tasks efficiently
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in an admin or receptionist role (desirable)
- Previous history in early childhood education (ideal)
- Experience in a management or leadership role
- A current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain
