Located in Sydney, this key role offers a unique opportunity to work with senior partners across various aspects of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • General office administration and operations;
  • IT and systems maintenance, including client database updates;
  • Assisting with trust and general accounts, billing, and debt collection;
  • Client liaison and relationship management;
  • Marketing and events management.

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 4 years of experience as an office or legal practice administrator;
  • Proven track record of delivering results-oriented solutions;
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and IT proficiency;
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving;
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
