We're seeking an experienced Sales Development Leader to join our commercial team in Sydney or Melbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a small team of top talent who share your passion for pushing boundaries.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive the commercial standards of the business while ensuring all financial targets are met on an ongoing basis. You'll be responsible for managing a b2b SaaS sales process from lead generation to handover to the implementation/success teams.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in identifying prospective clients and creating effective sales solutions with long sales cycles;
  • A proven track record of successful management of a b2b SaaS sales process from lead generation to handover;
  • The ability to manage and maintain a pipeline with accurate forecasting of results using Salesforce or other CRM systems;
  • Hands-on problem-solving skills and the ability to generate ideas and solutions;

In return, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide flexibility and support to help you thrive in a dynamic work environment.
