Compensation Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end total remuneration and performance strategies
  • Drive annual remuneration reviews and performance cycles to ensure fairness, equity, compliance, and alignment with strategic goals
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on internal and external hiring decisions, role assessments, and reward frameworks
  • Develop and deliver education programs to enhance leader capability in compensation and performance management
  • Review and optimize existing processes to create streamlined, efficient, and people-centric experiences
Requirements:
  • HR or business-related degree (highly valued)
  • Extensive experience in performance, reward, or total remuneration roles
  • Profound knowledge of compensation and benefits strategy, trends, governance, and regulatory frameworks
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret data and market intelligence to inform decisions
  • Excellent consulting, negotiation, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
