The role of a Senior Consultant is a leadership position that involves overseeing end-to-end compensation data processes, managing monthly data collection, processing, and reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness across global client engagements.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients worldwide to deliver integrated reporting for tax, payroll, compensation, and social security compliance, ensuring seamless execution.
- Leverage data analytics and automation to streamline high-volume data workflows, enhancing efficiency and productivity.
- Drive client engagement and project delivery by participating in strategic meetings, managing daily communications, and contributing to onboarding and implementation for new clients.
- Support regional growth and team development by expanding services across APAC, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with the regional network to build capability.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Strong analytical and data handling skills, including expertise in Excel formulas, pivot tables, and interpreting data from multiple sources.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills, essential for managing global stakeholders and meeting tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy, critical for handling sensitive compensation and compliance data.
- A process improvement mindset, with a willingness to innovate and use automation tools to enhance efficiency.
