HR Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at CPB Contractors. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide generalist HR support, act as the first point of contact for HR queries, and support the HR Manager in ensuring HR policies and processes are understood and current.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide HR administration and coordination across all employee activities.
- Support hiring managers and employees with HR-related queries and tasks.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
**Requirements:**
- Appropriate HR or related qualifications desired but not essential.
- Previous experience in a similar role supporting a HR team in a fast-paced project environment.
- Basic knowledge of Australian employment legislation and awareness of compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
