Rail Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rail Operations Specialist - Logistics Coordinator to join our team in North Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity for you to work with a dynamic organization that values innovation, collaboration, and customer focus.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily rail operations, ensuring efficient service delivery across Australia. You will work closely with our intermodal team to allocate crew and assets, manage rosters, and identify process improvements for greater efficiency.
- You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to achieving results.
- Experience in short-term labour planning, asset allocation, and rostering is essential.
- Knowledge of transport or logistics planning, as well as relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience, is highly regarded.
