Job Description

The GM, Strategic Business Partner - People Experience will serve as a direct Business Partner to senior leaders and a leader of teams providing Business Partnering and Advisory services across the business.

You will report directly to the Chief People Officer and sit on the Global PX Leadership team, playing an important role in developing, embedding, and delivering on our global People strategy.

This is a strategic leadership role that requires someone who has a deep understanding of multiple HR disciplines, including remuneration practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and relevant employment legislation.

You will be responsible for providing strategic advice to senior leaders on complex people issues, including talent management, annual team calibration, organisational design, restructures, and ER issues.

You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, business leaders, and employees.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership roles, covering the broad generalist spectrum of HR within fast-paced, high-performing organisations.

You will have a proven track record of developing and implementing people-related strategies and plans to achieve business outcomes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in leadership roles, covering the broad generalist spectrum of HR within fast-paced, high-performing organisations.
  • Experience developing and implementing people-related strategies and plans to achieve business outcomes.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of multiple HR disciplines, including remuneration practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and relevant employment legislation.
  • Experience working with and coaching senior executive stakeholders on complex people issues.
  • Degree, Post Graduate or equivalent work experience.
