About This Role
  • Manage quality administrative tasks related to global returns with precision and care.
  • Build and maintain subject matter expertise in Axon processes and solutions.
  • Act as an individual contributor in the development of process improvements.
  • Maintain databases used for quality control, such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Develop and implement testing or data recovery equipment needed for Axon Products.
What We're Looking For
  • Administrative experience with programs like SAP, D365, or other warehouse management systems.
  • Strong sense of root cause analysis and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Experience in reverse logistics.
