Job Opportunity:
">We're seeking a professional to work with injured workers, treating health practitioners and employers to support recovery and return to work during and after a workplace injury.
">As a key member of our team, you will deliver a person-centered management approach that is also customer-centric, focusing on achieving exceptional recovery, return to work and customer outcomes in line with best practice.
">This role requires leadership skills and the ability to coach, mentor, lead conversations and influence outcomes relating to claims management and return to work. You will engage with our team members, including case managers and early intervention specialists, to provide holistic support, coaching, and mentoring relating to effective claims management strategies supporting recovery, injury management, and return to work.
">The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification or certification in an appropriate discipline and/or experience in a similar role in the industry. They will also possess knowledge relating to common injuries, treatment options, and medical terminology, as well as demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service to a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
