Product Return Specialist

This role is primarily responsible for managing product returns, ensuring stock accuracy and cycle counting.

The responsibilities include:

  • Managing product return service, including receipt of returned product within KPI timelines, reconciliation of returned stock, and destruction of reconciled material.
  • Coordinate hazardous waste account with supplier and ordering of required material.
  • Support other sites in the provision of returns, reconciliation, and/or destruction support.
  • Liaise with courier companies to manage return shipments.
  • Manage reconciliation and destruction spreadsheets ensuring data accuracy.
