About the Role

Accent Group Limited is seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist to support the implementation of marketing projects, maintain customer data tracking platforms, and execute marketing campaigns for our retail brands.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives for our retail brands.

  • Work with cutting-edge marketing technology toolsets to identify opportunities for our retail brands and drive data-led decisions.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing reports and dashboards.
  • Provide support for marketing technology platforms.
  • Assist with front-end data-layer & marketing tag testing.
  • Assist in the rollout of client-side & server-side JavaScript tags.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing, ecommerce or related role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Adobe Campaign Classic.
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or similar platforms.
  • Experience with customer data platforms helpful but not essential.
  • Experience with Conversion Rate Optimisation helpful but not essential.
  • Experience with tag management systems such as Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, or similar platforms helpful but not essential.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
