Digital Marketing Strategist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance & Affiliates Manager to join our Digital team at Accent Group Limited. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in driving the success of our performance marketing campaigns across various channels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, building, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, as well as reporting on their success. You will work closely with the team to develop and implement strategies that meet our performance marketing KPIs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a performance marketing strategy that encompasses channels such as Paid Search, Remarketing, and Affiliates marketing.
- Plan, develop, and implement paid search tactics to improve performance and drive results.
- Utilize Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Adobe Stack to drive performance across the group.
- Manage omnichannel frameworks, campaigns, and budget to optimize performance.
- Provide ongoing optimization for campaign structuring and advanced omnichannel tactics.
- Develop optimization plans to improve the performance of marketing channels against key KPIs.
- Relentlessly test new and different ways to improve campaign performance.
- Utilize 1st and 3rd party data to target and convert high-value customers.
- Partner with the Insights team to establish marketing and measurement strategies.
- Manage relationships with the Technology Team to ensure successful implementation of tags, feeds, and tests.
- Work with the broader eCommerce team and Marketing teams to align digital marketing and ecommerce strategy with the marketing calendar.
- Ensure key insights and results are effectively communicated to relevant internal & external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in digital marketing, eCommerce, or Accounting.
- 3-5 years of relevant in-platform trading experience across major real-time buying platforms.
- Knowledge of Google/Adobe Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, SA, and Intelligent Reach.
- Experience agency side preferred.
- Experience working with the Adobe technology stack highly advantageous.
- Previous experience managing digital marketing for a multi/omni-channel retailer preferred.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in PPC and affiliates marketing.
- Proven ability to use data to support decision making.
- Proven ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience managing budgets with a proven record of demonstrating strong return on investment.
- Expert understanding of building & implementing digital campaigns across SEM, remarketing, Affiliates & leveraging partnerships.
- Excellent analytical skills and a comprehensive understanding of mobile/app advertising and analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of attribution modelling and digital campaign success metrics.
- Understanding of the eCommerce environment and ways to optimize the online customer experience.
