**Estimated Salary:** $180,000 - $200,000 per annum
About the RoleIn this strategic leadership position, you will be instrumental in driving our digital transformation initiatives, elevating the online student experience, and enhancing the functionality and performance of our partner websites.
You will craft and execute innovative digital strategies that drive significant growth in organic site traffic, optimize conversion rates, and leverage AI technology to supercharge user interactions.
As a seasoned digital strategist, you will foster collaboration across diverse teams, integrating efforts with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure that digital enhancements align with our overarching business goals.
Your expertise will also guide the expansion and refinement of digital communication channels, including the introduction of innovative web chat and asynchronous messaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Digital Transformation: Oversee the digital transformation of our partner websites, ensuring each initiative meets or exceeds industry standards for excellence.
- Champion Commerciality: Foster a culture of commercial decision-making, questioning ways of doing things to ensure the best possible commercial outcomes for OES.
- Drive Digital Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to boost organic site traffic, enhance conversion rates, and employ tools like AI to supercharge digital interfaces and student interactions.
- Collaborate Effectively: Forge strong partnerships across internal teams and with external agencies to align digital enhancements with our strategic goals.
- Optimize and Expand: Regularly analyze performance data to drive continuous improvements across digital platforms, introducing and refining digital communication channels like web chat and asynchronous messaging.
We are seeking an experienced digital strategist with over 15 years in web performance, including at least 5 years in leadership. Your robust background in managing website functionality, keen understanding of SEO, UX principles, and Google Analytics, as well as your proven ability to drive business growth through digital innovation, make you an ideal candidate for this role.

- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-channel digital strategies
- Educational background in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields
