Your Role
As a Client Relations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients from diverse backgrounds. Collaborating with a team that is committed to excellence, you will find fulfillment in aiding both children and adults who require our services. Your responsibilities will include:
Welcoming clients and managing all inquiries via phone and in-person Overseeing reception duties and performing general administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing claims, and maintaining records Engaging with clients, including those with complex needs and from multicultural backgrounds Conducting minor repairs and troubleshooting for hearing aids Supporting Clinicians in delivering clinical services by identifying client needs, providing professional guidance, and demonstrating hearing aid usageWhat You Bring
