{"THE ROLE": "As an Employee Relations Specialist with Lotus People, you will be part of a national, well-resourced team where you will report to a supportive ER Manager who values your expertise and autonomy. In this key role, you will leverage your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to guide complex cases from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with senior leaders and internal stakeholders to navigate and resolve a variety of employee and industrial relations matters.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Lead cases: Take ownership of complex, high-risk cases, guiding them from start to resolution with confidence and expertise.
* Drive investigations: Conduct confidential investigations into sensitive workplace issues, ensuring fairness and integrity.
* Shape the future: Play a role in negotiations and the delivery of Enterprise Agreements, contributing to the company's growth and success.
* Innovate and improve: Partner with the ER Manager to develop and implement strategies that continuously enhance people practices and minimize risks.
* Be the go-to expert: Provide specialised advice to stakeholders on policies, procedures, and complex employment matters, becoming a trusted resource across the organisation.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

* Proven experience as an ER/IR Specialist, ideally within highly regulated industries such as hospitality, retail, or healthcare.
* In-depth knowledge of workplace legislation, regulations, industrial instruments, and awards.
* A proactive approach, with the ability to take initiative and thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
