The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Relations Specialist to join our People & Culture team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a contemporary industrial relations strategy and framework for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a negotiation strategy and roadmap in collaboration with leaders.
  • Supporting Enterprise Agreement planning, negotiation, and implementation.
  • Managing external matters and representing the company at hearings.
  • Developing effective tools and resources for compliant and respectful internal employment relations.

Requirements:

  • Significant industrial relations experience.
  • Ability to influence through formal and informal communication.
  • Relevant qualifications.
