About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Relations Specialist to join our People & Culture team at dnata catering. As an ER Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing a contemporary industrial relations strategy and framework for our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Industrial Relations Strategy: Work with leaders to co-design a negotiation strategy and roadmap, ensuring effective union relationships and compliant employment practices.
  • Enterprise Agreement Planning: Support the planning, negotiation, and implementation of Enterprise Agreements, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to our operations.
  • External Representation: Manage external matters and represent the company at hearings, ensuring our interests are represented and protected.
  • Internal Employment Relations: Develop effective tools and resources for compliant and respectful internal employment relations, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
About You

We are looking for an experienced industrial relations professional with a strong track record of building and executing positive industrial relations. You will bring a fresh approach, tailored to our business, and have the ability to influence through formal and informal communication.
