InfraBuild is in search of a dedicated Customer Service Officer to enhance our collaborative team at the Gold Coast location. In this role, you will engage closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Our branch operates Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with varying shift hours within this schedule.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Resolving customer inquiries and sales-related issues
- Promoting additional products and providing accurate quotes
- Managing sales data entry, invoicing, administrative tasks, and procurement
