We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Executive to join our team at Novotel. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional to deliver exceptional service standards and contribute to the success of our hotel operation.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position responsible for managing the hotel reservation inbox, handling guest enquiries, and providing a seamless experience for our guests. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be the main point of contact for all guest interactions, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service Management: Manage the hotel reservation inbox and handle guest enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with our guests, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized experiences.
- Service Standards: Maintain high service standards, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional treatment throughout their stay.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. You should have relevant similar experience in the hotel industry, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. Additionally, you should be comfortable navigating through change and be able to provide quick-thinking solutions when required.
