Job Title: Strategic Partnership Manager

This role offers the opportunity to lead government-related sales projects from tender through to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end project execution across key government accounts.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination and ensure compliance with government procurement.
  • Build long-term relationships with key government stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Represent the full brand suite in total solutions selling.
  • Monitor timelines, mitigate risks, and deliver high-quality outcomes that meet customer needs.
  • Champion continuous improvement across project and process delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in sales or project delivery, preferably in heavy automotive or industrial sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of government procurement frameworks and compliance.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead complex tenders and projects from start to finish.
  • Commercial background working with fire, emergency services, or the defence industry is a bonus.
