Job Opportunity: Strategic Partnership ManagerA leading company in the cement and mining industries is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Strategic Partnership Manager. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, driving business growth and development through strategic partnerships.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer portfolios.
  • Negotiate performance-based contracts and maintenance of ongoing contract terms, conditions, and performance.
  • Drive the ESG agenda with a focus on new technologies and sustainable solutions.
  • Provide primary escalation conduit for resolving customer issues and complaints.
Requirements:
  • Recent experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to interpret and comprehend commercial contract terms and conditions.
  • Experience in a customer-facing order handling, procurement, or supply chain execution role in the resources sector.
