Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Internal Partnership Management: Act as the dedicated Partnership Manager for assigned clients, utilizing your skills to ensure clear and consistent communication between our team and the partner's organization, managing expectations and delivering on client needs.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the Business Development Director, Head of Product, and other senior leaders. Facilitate the translation of client requirements into actionable strategies for the partner's team.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for our organization regarding key partnerships, ensuring that all client requests, feedback, and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with the partner's team to ensure timely and successful delivery of joint projects. Oversee the progress of projects, ensuring they meet client objectives and are executed to the highest standard.
  • Expectation Alignment: Manage and align internal expectations with our partners' needs, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Reporting and Insights: Provide regular updates and performance reports to our team, delivering insights that help optimize partnership strategies and outcomes.

Qualifications, Work Experience, and Skills:

  • Partnership Management Experience: Proven experience in managing partnership relationships within a digital media or programmatic advertising environment, with a focus on internal account management.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage internal conversations and align expectations across multiple stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination Abilities: Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of client campaigns.
  • Relationship-Building Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and client teams.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze project performance and provide actionable insights that contribute to client success.
  • Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple partnerships and adapt to changing client needs and internal dynamics.

  • Reporting and Insights: Quality and accuracy of performance reports provided to our team, delivering actionable insights that contribute to the optimization of partnership strategies.
