About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Member Support Specialist to join our team at BankVic. As a key member of our contact centre, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and personalized support to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to members through various channels, including phone, email, and social media.
  • Process member requests and enquiries, including new memberships, term deposits, and account changes.
  • Identify and promote self-service banking options to members.
  • Conduct outbound calls to members to follow up on enquiries and promote BankVic's products and services.
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver consistent and exceptional member experiences.
Requirements
  • RG146 Tier 2 certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with customers over the phone.
  • Passion for outstanding customer service and a member-centric attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
