Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at AMA Group Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers in the collision market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
  • Analyze sales reports to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that we are meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales and account management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and panels, with the ability to interpret and provide solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • High computer proficiency and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales reports and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
