About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at AMA Group Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our collision market customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key collision customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Sales and Account Management: Identify new business opportunities and grow our customer base through effective sales and account management strategies.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring that we are meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze sales reports to identify areas for improvement and implement procedures to enhance customer outcomes and satisfaction levels.
Requirements
  • Previous Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the automotive parts industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the collision repair industry and the ability to interpret parts and panels.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales reports and identify areas for improvement.
