Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Somerton ARC branch and drive business growth. As a key member of our VIC team, you will be responsible for overseeing operations, sales, and customer service, ensuring seamless delivery of our services and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, promoting a proactive safety culture within the team.
- Collaborate with Area Managers and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Proven leadership experience in sales, operations, and customer service, with a strong track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
