About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at AMA Group Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our customers in the collision market.

Your primary function will be to engage with existing customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the collision market
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our customer base
  • Work closely with our sales operations manager to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Present customer feedback to internal stakeholders and facilitate agreed changes or improvements
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the industry to support our growth and diversification
  • Analyse sales reports to understand potential areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales and account management
  • Automotive parts/panel knowledge and ability to interpret parts and panels
  • Experience in building business relationships and customer service
  • Account managing/business development experience
  • High computer proficiency and attention to detail
  • Personable and patient with excellent communication skills
