Strategic Partnership Manager Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing and executing potential corporate transactions and negotiating strategic partnerships to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and assessing potential commercial partners and acquisition targets;
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to inform partnership strategies;
  • Assisting with proactive portfolio review and management;
  • Investigating and responding to inbound enquiry related to M&A and investment activity;
  • Assessing the viability of potential partnership opportunities and executing transactions as required.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in investment banking or similar corporate finance roles, with strong research and analytical skills.

They should also have proficiency in developing detailed financial models and valuations, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
