As a business development manager, you will play a pivotal part in driving financial success by forging strong relationships with clients and identifying new opportunities for expansion.
Working closely with the sales and marketing team, your focus will be on boosting sales revenue and pursuing account growth. Your day-to-day activities will involve developing a growth strategy that balances financial gain with customer satisfaction, managing account managers, and coordinating business meetings with prospective clients.
Key responsibilities will include promoting the company's services to meet clients' needs, co-designing and executing sales processes, and providing trusted feedback between clients and project teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with new and existing customers, creating high-level professional connections, and contributing to competitor analysis.
Success in this role will be measured by achieving revenue targets, reaching sales activity targets, and maximizing profitability through accurate sales forecasting.
