We are seeking an experienced professional to join our talented sales practice as an Enterprise Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Expand revenue from current customers by understanding their long-term strategic business and people goals.
- Present our full product suite to existing customers to drive up-sell and cross-sell of the Culture Amp platform.
- Work closely with Customer Success to lead on touch points with customers during the subscription year.
- Contribute to the development of account growth strategies and processes.
- Confident presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans to achieve sales goals.
- Strong relationships-building skills, including collaboration with internal stakeholders and external customers.
