About the Role
We are seeking a Strategic Experience Leader to drive our product strategy and vision.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for building user-centric experiences, with a focus on understanding customer needs and monitoring the impact of product decisions.
You will be responsible for researching and assessing product features and capabilities to inform strategic decisions, working closely with various teams across the organization to make your vision a reality.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to identify their needs and priorities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to share insights and collaborate around a shared vision and goals
- Work closely with strategy, analytics, marketing, and product teams to identify opportunities to maximize business impact and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Passion for building user-centric experiences that meet customer needs
- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple initiatives and stakeholders
- Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills
- Previous experience in senior product leadership roles in high-growth product organizations
- Full lifecycle experience working with enterprise customers or relevant product experience
